Huber Alte Reben Pinot Noir 2021 wittmann Maceration and alcoholic fermentation inThis is Huber's equivalent of a Premier Cru. This Pinot comes from vines of up to 40 years old. Huber harvests the Alte Reben at 37 hl ha. The ferment contains 35 to 40% whole bunches, with some parcels from the Bienenberg vineyard also going into this. This wine is bottled unfiltered. It has complex, deep aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate and spice but also soft tannins, a frisky elegant character with a fine echo.
