The wine was pressed after two weeks on skins to barrels (30% new) with full solids

The palate is very pure and lightly textured with crisp flavours of apple

with generous amounts of confectionary lolly and clove spice

so are well into their 3rd decade

Sutton Grange Fairbank Field Blend 2021 heirloom-vineyards The wine was pressed afterA blend of two white grape varieties Viognier and Fiano. This vintage has a nose perfumed with whiter flowers and zesty lemons. Further underpinned by wild honey notes and coriander seed taking the wine in a tropical direction. With a touch of salinity from skin contact, the palate is medium weight, fruit driven by mango skin and stone fruits. Chalky tannins bring in a zippy lemony finish.
