Cooter & Cooter Shiraz alto-adige aged for 12-18 monthsImpenetrable pitch black colour with a deep dark purple hue. Spicy dark plum aromas combine with ripe dark cherries over vanillin cedar, subtle earthy berried fruits. Full bodied with a fleshy feel, bright juicy red and dark fruits are to the fore. Subtlety earthed vanillin cedar and spicy fennel ensue. Vibrant finish with soft toasted oak, velvety tannins. Great value to drink now or cellar for a few years.
