I can really only tell you from personal experience that this blend worked for me without the over-stimulation of OTC "drugs" that just made me feel hyped up and frankly awful

It is by far superior in it's sweet

Some Clary Sage essential oils we've received down through the years did have a harsh note to them but I have kept good notes about that so that doesn't happen again
