Levrier Cavall Merlot 2019 chateau-clos-l-eglise It fermented with native yeastsGrapes were harvested from 50 year old vines on unique sandy loam low fertile soil in the central Barossa floor region. The resulting wine is full bodied and shows rich and fragrant aromatics with intense red berry fruit, plums, and cloves. Aged for 3 years in 50% New French oak combined with a subtle tannin structure gives this wine the elegance it deserves. A vegan friendly wine, rewarding in flavour and complexity.
