Anyone who has enjoyed the 2005 Cuve Constance from this producer will need no convincing. This isn't an unctuous sweet wine you can stand your spoon up in, instead the balance is pinpoint, the palate so fine and pure and complexwith citrus rind, bees wax and floral notesand the finish
