The Chiquet brothers are constantly fine tuning, and this year aged the wine on lees under cork rather than crown cap with two additional months aging in oak. The result is even more complex than previous releases. A classic apple and brioche nose opens up to a hint of almond skins, Chantilly cream and dried ginger with an elegance and
