The team competed in the National Professional Soccer League, or NPSL, and used the Bayfront Center as their home stadium in St. Petersburg, FL. Through two seasons of operation, the Terror averaged averaged around 2000 fans per game, far less than the rest of the league at the time. The Terror had two losing seasons before folding in 1997.
